Sara Easterson-Bond, M.F.A, CIYT, E-RYT 500 began studying yoga in 2005 and was hooked after one class! Sara’s teaching focuses on bringing strength, stability and humor to the practice of Yoga, both on and off the mat. "Cultivating Joy" is how she describes her personal practice.

She has also had the privilege of co-teaching 2 international retreats with 20 year+ veteran Yoga teacher Melissa Spamer, M.A. E-RYT 500, at the InSabina Retreat Center, Sabine Hills, Italy.

Sara is a lifelong New Mexico resident with a background in studio art.  Before becoming a full-time Yoga teacher, Sara spent 15 years as Managing Partner of WoodMetalConcrete Architecture with architect/husband Tom Easterson-Bond. A continuing appreciation for the beauty of color, proportion and line inform her teaching. Ellen Shadur

RYT 200

Ellen Shadur, RYT 200 and certified SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga Instructor, came to Yoga seeking peace with her body after years of competitive sports. Ellen was called to teaching through the practice of Yoga on a paddleboard at YogAqua in Marina del Rey, California and then completed her RYT 200 with Jocelyn Solomon and Maya Magennis of YogaWorks in Santa Monica, California. Ellen is currently studying Iyengar Yoga with Sara Easterson-Bond in Tesuque, NM.

A long-time prenatal and postpartum teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist, Linda specializes in yoga for all phases of a woman’s life.

In addition to public classes and intensives, Linda enjoys working one-on-one with students in private settings. With a keen eye for alignment and broad understanding of yoga practices, Linda supports students' progress step-by-step through structured self-practice.
