Yoga Chant

Chant practice explores listening and reciting as an integrating experience for body, mind and breath. Classes and workshops involve recitation of simple sounds, brief chants, excerpts from longer passages, and evolve to incorporate the deeper significance and meaning of the chants presented.

Linda's classes and workshops include listen and repeating skills, reading of sanskrit transliteration, background and meaning of chants presented, and are appropriate for inquisitive students of all levels.
